As a yoga teacher and educator, Cléo’s focus is on how the mind-body connection can enhance how people are able to be present to and fulfilled in their lives. Her additional training in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist offer her skills to work with clients to get closer to their present-moment experience, to investigate the edges that show up in that and to bring what they learn forward into their day-to-day.
Cléo brings these elements not only into her work at the clinic and to her classes, but also into her work as a psychotherapist. Here she uses somatic or body-based practices in a talk therapy session. Her work combines elements of yoga, embodied mindfulness and humanistic psychology.
