One of the causes of chronic anxiety is HPA dysregulation. Wondering what that is? More commonly known as “adrenal fatigue”, it is a condition where the communication between the brain and the adrenal glands is dysfunctional and in return gives way to abnormal or ineffective hormone output from the adrenal glands.

What is anxiety?
