Adam graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). He was the recipient of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia's award for qualities best exemplifying a professional massage therapist. While at CCMH Adam focused on the treatment of arthritis and sport conditions through the outreach clinics.
Adam considers himself a life long student. Massage Therapy is just the beginning. In addition to practicing Massage Therapy, Adam returned to school in September 2016 to further his education in Osteopathic studies.
Adam is determined to use his knowledge of the human body to find the root cause of pain and not just treat its symptoms.
Adam uses a variety of general Swedish techniques along with myofascial release and joint mobilizations to help his patients recover from headaches, strains, sprains, general stress and postural imbalances and more.
Adam looks forward to helping you recover from what life may throw at you.
